If your eReader isn’t responsive or frozen, here are a few things you can try.
- Charge your eReader for one hour – plug the USB cable into your eReader, and the other end into your computer to charge your eReader. Your computer must be turned on to charge your eReader.
- Turn your eReader off, then back on – hold the power button down until your eReader turns off. You’ll see the words “Powered Off” at the top of the screen when your eReader shuts down. Press the power button again to turn your eReader back on.
- Reset your eReader – if your eReader is still having issues after turning your eReader off and on, you can reset your eReader. When you reset your eReader, you’ll need to set up your eReader again.
